About CCI

Built by Business Owners

We built CCI for people like us: business owners and financial professionals who want to build wealth outside their business or career, without taking on a second job.

Our Story

Why We Started CCI

Christina and Andrew Concord have built businesses together before. Christina has spent more than 15 years running a promotional marketing company. Andrew has spent his career in accounting.

Along the way, we asked a question most entrepreneurs never stop to ask: if the business stopped tomorrow, what would still be working for our family?

That question led us to apartment buildings. People will always need a place to live, and a well-run property can keep working whether we're there every day or not.

Today, we buy apartment communities in growing markets and partner with accredited business owners and financial professionals who want the same thing.

What We Look For

Simple Criteria

Size

30–150 apartments. Big enough for professional management, small enough that large institutional buyers often pass.

Location

Markets where jobs and population are growing, and where people want to live.

Opportunity

Well-located buildings with room to improve through better management, smart repairs, and updates.

How We Make Decisions

The Rules We Invest By

Most buildings we look at will never become investments. That's on purpose.

Protect your money first

We'd rather pass on a deal than chase the biggest projected number.

Ask one more question

The expensive mistakes usually come from the question nobody asked.

Walk away when it doesn't add up

If a deal only works when everything goes perfectly, it doesn't work.

Keep it plain English

You should understand exactly what you're part of, without a glossary.

Tell you how it's going

You'll hear from us regularly, good news and bad.

Think long-term

We're building relationships that last well beyond a single property.

The Founders

Meet Christina & Andrew

Christina Concord

Christina Concord

Co-Founder | Acquisitions & Investor Relations

Christina is an entrepreneur with more than 15 years of experience building and running businesses. She has run Antina Promotions, a promotional marketing company, since 2010. Today it operates mainly on referrals, and real estate is her primary focus.

Running a business taught her that relationships matter, details matter, and the cheapest mistakes are the ones you avoid by asking one more question.

At CCI, Christina leads acquisitions and investor relations: building relationships with brokers and partners, finding opportunities, and making sure every investor understands exactly what they're part of.

Andrew Concord

Andrew Concord

Co-Founder | Underwriting & Analysis

Andrew has spent his career in accounting and works as an accounting manager, a role he continues alongside CCI. He spends his days inside financial statements, figuring out why the numbers look the way they do.

At CCI, he goes through every property's financial history line by line to find what's working, what isn't, and what the seller's numbers leave out. It's a lot like detective work.

He's a big reason we walk away from more deals than we pursue.
